Early Beginnings

Long before Media Over Digital Firm Limited existed, there was a young woman who naturally became the sounding board for ideas. Friends and family came to Roseline with questions about how to attract attention to their ventures, how to position their brands, and how to turn a spark of inspiration into something people could notice. Helping others grow never felt like a task; it felt like purpose.

Finding Direction and Growing

In 2018, that quiet passion found direction. Roseline’s mentor at the time, Mrs. Eziaha Bolaji-Olojo, noticed her gift for seeing possibilities where others saw obstacles. She encouraged Roseline to explore marketing as a career and introduced her to the world of marketing consulting. With that encouragement, Roseline began taking online courses to strengthen her skills, bringing structure to a talent she had already been living for years.

That was the beginning of everything. As she learned, opportunities began to find her. Brands in Beauty, fashion, retail, human development and more trusted her to shape their visibility and deepen their reach. Her network continued to open doors, referring her from one project to the next, until she found herself handling more work than she ever imagined.

What started as a personal strength evolved into an unofficial agency in 2019. By June 30th, 2021, it became clear this was no longer a side passion—it was a fast-growing, full-fledged business. That day, Media Over Digital Firm Limited was officially registered.
